How to book a tour?

What are the precautions being taken by Yatralipi to ensure my safety from coronavirus?
We are following WHO suggested guidelines such as mandatorily screening of drivers and office staff through thermal scanners, Disinfecting vehicles before each ride to minimise the threat of the virus. All touchpoints such as door handles, gear shifters, touch screens, and seats of all cars/ coaches are sanitised.


Drivers have been instructed to wear a double mask all the time and maintain hand hygiene. They have been provided with their personal hand-sanitiser bottles and ensure that they disinfect their hands with alcohol-based hand sanitisers before all our guests boarding the vehicle. The safety of our guests is our priority.
What is included in the Tour cost?
Our tour cost usually includes hotel accommodations with breakfast, all transfers, city tours and excursions by private air-conditioned car / van / coach depending on number of persons with as per itinerary, train fare if applicable, local English speaking or other foreign language speaking guides if available for city tours, entrances fee to monuments, our assistance on arrival and during the tour. Our cost may also include some special attractions viz elephant ride, camel safari, boat ride and all taxes. We can also include lunches & dinner, domestic flights and other services on request at supplement cost.
What if I have to make changes in the Tour for any reason?
We shall do our best to make changes as per your request and shall not charge you anything unless there is penalty charged by principal suppliers for making these changes.
How do we settle the payment? Is there an advance deposit required?
We need 50% of the total tour cost at the time of the confirmation of the tour. This is to be sure that your booking a genuine one and we can go ahead with the reservations. The rest of the due amount should be deposited at least 30 days prior to your departure.
Can I book tickets for infants?
Yes, you can book tickets for babies under the age of two i.e 24 months. However, you need to carry a valid proof of their age while checking-in. Of course, the baby needs to be accompanied by an individual over the age of 18. Flight booking of only one infant per adult permitted. This includes both outbound and return journeys. If the infant is 24 months or above during the return journey, you need to make a separate booking using child fare.
What are the payment options available with Yatralipi?
Payment for bookings made with Yatralipi can be made through your Credit / Debit card, Net Banking, Cheque or Cash. Season Tours & Travels accepts MasterCard and VISA Credit / Debit cards. How do I know my ticket is booked?
We will send you an email confirming your flight ticket booking. In case the payment is captured and you haven’t received the ticket copy, kindly call or email us to confirm whether the ticket has been issued or not.
Is the information I give on the net safe?
Any correspondence exchanged between you and Yatralipi will be kept confidential and not outsourced to any third party under any circumstances. Moreover your profile (name, Email ID, address, Telephone number) will be used only to communicate with you in regards to the services you are buying or availing. At no time will this profile be misused.
